John Cosgrove
John is the owner and senior inspector of Radon and Mold Professionals and has been a dedicated expert in the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) industry since 2004. As one of the most experienced and respected mold assessors in Southwest Florida, he conducts hundreds of mold assessments and radon tests annually.
John's extensive knowledge and expertise have made him a highly sought-after assessor, particularly for litigation cases involving mold and other IAQ-related issues. His reputation for accuracy and reliability has established him as a trusted authority in the field.

Greg Gomez
Since 2004, Greg started out as a field technician performing dry-out restoration, mold remediation and HVAC mechanical/system cleanings for residential and commercial properties. After working in the restoration field for several years and becoming more involved in identifying building science issues, he found a niche in the industry and quickly advanced to become one of the youngest (CIEC) Certified Indoor Environmental Consultants in the Southwest Florida area. Since joining RMP in 2009, Greg has had the pleasure of collaborating with John and has conducted numerous assessments that have earned him recognition and respect within the industry.
